Even if you've already been pre-approved for your mortgage,
you're entitled to a second opinion. If you were told
you needed major surgery, wouldn't you want to get a second
opinion before you went under the knife - just to make sure
the surgery was really something you needed? A
mortgage is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make
in your lifetime, so wouldn't you want to get a second
opinion to make sure it's in your best interests?
How do you find out? COMPARE. Don't take your
mortgage decisions lightly and don't believe everything you
hear. Empower yourself and you'll be able to move
forward with confidence knowing you got the best deal you
could.

(Good Faith Estimate) and other documentation you were given
by the other mortgage company and I'll take a look at it and
see if you could really get a better deal. Maybe I can
save you thousands of dollars or maybe I can't, but you'll
never know unless you compare. You'll have a fresh pair
of expert eyes looking over everything to make sure it's
really on the up and up.
