FSBO: For Sale By Owner

I understand your desire to sell your home yourself.  I understand that you want to share your equity with as few people as possible because you have things you'd like to do with it.

In fact, I think the first attempt at selling a home should be by the owner, if you know what you're doing and have time to deal with it yourself.  It's more difficult and can take longer, but it's not impossible.

Not only can I give you good advice and print you flyers, but I can pre-qualify, and even pre-approve, potential buyers of your home so that you know they are serious and fully capable of actually making the purchase.  This makes sure you're spending time with the right people instead of wasting time on the wrong people.  They may be a perfectly nice couple who want your home more than anything (and isn't that gratifying?), but if they aren't ready to do something and/or they can't qualify for your home price, they're blowing smoke up your as... uh... chimney.

In order to sell your home, you need qualified buyers.  Qualified means they are ready, willing, and able to buy your home.  You don't want to have to accept an offer contingent on financing because you run a higher risk of having your home basically off the market while you're waiting on the financing.  Meanwhile, your qualified buyer may have already gotten the impression that your home is sold.

I have free information for you and I can personally help.  As I said above, I can create a bunch of flyers for you to hand out, complete with helpful info.  If they have any financing questions they can call me.  You can list your home for free in my classifieds section as well.  I'm also happy to put your flyers out at my First Time Home Buyers classes that I give for free around the community.

Call me and see if I have an available CallCapture line you can use on your signs and flyers (gives automated information about your home to potential buyers without you having to deal with every single looky-loo and also provides you with the phone number and available information of every person who calls for the info, so you can follow up with them if you're so inclined.
